Customer-facing systems - Autoclimate Interceptor


This complimentary, innovative software product, developed and supported by Autoclimate, automatically exports and transmits repair estimates to Autoclimate for quotation.

Interceptor significantly reduces the amount of time to identify, source and order the correct parts and helps users to maximise purchasing value. Interceptor is used by more than 500 accident repair centres.

 


Membership systems


Autoclimate offers a customer membership service. Subscription-based, this includes the provision of  DVLA/SMMT data to improve vehicle identity accuracy for estimates and parts ordering. Members are able to access a range of management reports covering estimates, purchasing and financial information. Also included in the membership suite are preferential equipment buying and rental terms and volume bonuses, together with special arrangements for air conditioning training and support services.


Market data toolsets
 


Autoclimate handles in excess of 46,000 accident repair estimates per month and by processing the resulting data, holds a powerful information resource which can be used for trend analysis, purchase planning and demand forecasting.

Autoclimate data coverage includes part by part requirements for vehicle damage by make and model, with comprehensive volume statistics and geographical analysis.

Data is available to vehicle manufacturers, parts and component suppliers, insurance companies and accident management companies. Services include one-off bespoke reporting or on a regular update basis. Further details on request.

Business Systems


Autoclimate uses SAP Business One. This single integrated platform covers stock control, sales orders, purchasing and customer relationship management. Qlikview is used for customer service reporting and management information.
